    What is Rakeback?

Rakeback is a sort of loyalty program for poker players. For each hand played, the poker site takes a charge out of the pot. This is usually 3 to 5% of the final pot. This doesn't sound that much and it's not, but for someone who plays poker a few times a week or more it piles up pretty quick. For someone who plays frequently this could end up giving hundreds of extra dollars in the pocket each month.

    How do I get Rakeback?

This is probably the easiest bit, just sign up at Rakerz.com (this takes less than 10 seconds), then select one of the poker rooms we offer exclusive deals on and sign up there. Now you're done, just play poker as usual there is nothing more to it.

How will the money be sent to me?

This depends on what kind of deal the poker room offers. If nothing else is mentioned in our poker room review the rakeback will be paid out to your player account monthly or weekly. The most common is for last month's rake back to be paid in to your player account at the beginning of the month.

    What is rake calculation?

Different sites calculate their rake in different ways. Some sites splits the pot even to all involved players, you will get an equal part of the pot if you got dealt hold cards, this is called shared calculation. The others only give you a percent of the exact amount you put into the pot, this is called individual calculation.

How does the room fees affect me?

Most rooms deduct both deposit and bonus fees from your total rake before calculating the rakeback. If you have a total rake of $1000 and $100 in fees, you will get rakeback from the remaining $900. If you select a room that deducts the fees you will get less rakeback while you're clearing your bonus, but once it's cleared there's no big difference.
